Six applicants from the UP PR + Advertising Society passed the second attempt exams of the UP PRAdS president in a gruesome mental exercise Friday in the University Theater Steps.

Four of the six applicants exceeded the required 30 points while the remaining two passers got the exact score needed to pass.

The exam's topic ranged from the PRAdS' founder and president's biography, PR and advertising slogans, Suikoden II Runes to tell a few.

The topnotcher is a rather unexpected one, a third year Communication Research major garnering a total score of 34. He is also rumored to be linked to a certain APD Director of the orgnanization.

The result of the exam is posted on Locker 3 in the College of Mass Communication near the photocopy section.

Students from the College of Mass Communication were puzzled by the sudden appearance of two bizarre creatures in the skywalk and second floor lobby of the college building respectively.

The said creatures were already seen together earlier in the skywalk, a covered bridge connecting the two buildings of the college, but just recently one of the creatures was magically moved to the second floor lobby.

The two creatures are a macabre sight to behold, with one having an ashen body resembling that of a burnt corpse and the Creeper in the movie Jeepers Creepers; and the other one, headless and disembodied wearing a UP shirt.

The students were also riddled by the timing of the appearance of the said creatures, as they appeared exactly during the lunch of the Mass Media Awareness Month celebration of the college.

The College Student Council has yet to comment upon the incident.

COMMRES SALA - Armed with a dangerous pair of pearl-white legs, a junior Broadcast Communication student stirred up a usually monotonous school day by displaying donning a very short shorts.

The student was able to rotate passing male student's heads 180 degrees just to get a glimpse of her ivory assets.

According to one witness, a CommRes friend of the student brought to her attention the gravity of her wardrobe and asked her to cover up the exposed areas either with the hanging curtains nearby or the cloths covering the tables in the skywalk.

"Eh may kotse naman ako eh" was the supposed reply of the said student, further clearing out that she would be going home in their family car therefore she would not cause any further harm or temptation from the outside world.

The student is still in the CommRes sala while this article is being written.

After a peaceful week for everyone in CMC, the queen of perpetual irritation is back.

After taking a vacation leave from work last week, the infamous administrative officer from the College of Mass Communication who is able to take students head off in one big bite is back to bring terror again to those who seek business to the college.

Nicknamed "prinsesita" because of her bratty attitude, the said employee of the college was recently sighted in her usual table beside the door of the Dean's office in a total watchdog gesture.

"Surelly it will be like passing through a needle hole again to deal org business with the admin with her back in fighting form." a student from the college was heard saying.

On the other hand, the assistant of the said college staff was delighted because she can once again divert all the queries to the "prinsesita".

A third year student taking up Communication Research (CommRes) in the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines Diliman reportedly caused some of the professors in the department to wonder why the said student backed out in the 2nd Communication Research Students Conference (CRSC) friday, September 4.

According to a source we'll be hiding under the name eBaygurl, some students and professors from the department were puzzled as to why the student asked his group mates to remove his name from the list of researchers in a paper to be presented in the said student conference. The source also said that a couple of hypotheses were mentioned like the possibility of fighting within the researcher's group.

The source also said that a certain Prof. P refused to tell the reason as to why the student asked to be excluded in the presentation, probably in a reason to protect the privacy of the said student.

In an exclusive interview with the student that is the center of this controversy, he mentions that he already expressed the liking to pass in the said student conference long before the preparations started due to time constraints and academic reasons. He also denied the accusations that a certain fight occurred in the group he was with in making the said paper and stressed that he has good relationship with the persons involved even as of press time.

The student also expressed his sincere apology to those which might have been adversely affected by his decision to withdraw from the said event.
